To Order By Phone:

Call Hallo! Restaurants at 78 00 100, 735 100, 735 200 or 735300, our friendly Customer Service Specialists will assist you.

To Order Online:

• Browse through the menu and select the restaurant of your choice from the list of available restaurants
• Choose the quantity of the menu item you want to order
• Click Order button this will bring you to an order page
• You still can amend or cancel any item on the order page
• Continue ordering other items by clicking on Return to Menu
• Once you have finished ordering, click Complete Order button
• A confirmation on your ordered items will be displayed
• Enter your name, room number (if any), telephone number and delivery address information
• If ordering from a hotel or for delivery to a client or different location, please enter the phone number for that location
• Mobile phones are not acceptable due to limited reception, but can be included as a back up contact phone
• We must have a land line phone number to the delivery location
• Preparation time and traffic conditions vary, but normally your order will arrive within 30 to 60 minutes of our confirmation call
• Orders may be placed in advance, our Customer Service Representative will give you an estimated delivery time
• Dining Cutlery Not Included
• Because we transfer your order electronically to the restaurant, once your order is placed online and confirmed by our Customer Service Representative it is final. NO CANCELLATION

Privacy Policy

1) Information Collected:

When you look at this web site, our Internet Service Host makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

• your server Internet Protocol address
• your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .sg, .au, .uk etc)
• the date and time of your visit to the site
• the pages you accessed and documents downloaded
• the previous site you have visited
• the type of browser you are using

Hallo! Restaurants will not make an attempt to identify users or their browsing activities. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our Internet Service Provider's logs, which is hosted outside of Bali, Indonesia.

3) Use of information collected:

We will only record your name, your phone number and the delivery address if you place an order online. These will only be used for communication between you and Hallo! Restaurants in relation to food deliveries. It will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

As there is no monetary transaction and payment (you pay upon delivery of food), this site does not provide facilities for the secure transmission of information across the Internet. Users should be aware that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the Internet.

Terms of Use

By downloading, viewing or ordering from this site, you agree to the terms and provisions as outlined in this section. If you do not agree to them, do not use this site.

• Cancellation Policy. Because we transfer your order directly to the respective restaurant/s, once your order is placed online and confirmed by our Customer Service Representative it is final. All online orders must be confirmed by phone to ensure accuracy and delivery times before they will be processed. If we cannot reach you by phone or an alternative we may not process the order. Because each item is prepared to order, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, however we will make every attempt to deliver within the time frames quoted by our Customer Service Representative.
• Privacy. We respect your personal privacy and the sensitivity of your information. Please see our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement for the details of our commitment.
• Copyright Notice. No part of this site may be reproduced, photocopied, stored on a retrieval system, or transmitted without the express written consent of Hallo! Restaurants. All the logos are registered trademarks of either Hallo! Restaurants or their respective participating restaurant partners. The absence of a product or service name or logo does not constitute a waiver of our trademark, service mark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo. Other trademarks and registered trademarks may be used throughout this site and are the property of their respective owners.
• Warranty Disclaimer. The information on this site is provided "as is". You expressly acknowledge that you access or use of the information is at your sole risk. Hallo!
